Our main focus: Quality Assurance

We can best guarantee the safety of our customers by permanent quality assurance and control of our work methods. Therefore, we have created an independent department which ensures all aspects of quality management and consequently provides ideal work flow. This leads not only to the satisfaction of our customers but also of our staff. To guarantee a higher degree of objectivity, external auditors monitor our quality on a regular and voluntary basis. Several audits by large, international pharmaceutical enterprises as well as regular inspection by the supervisory authority ensures our already high level of quality.

This is how we secure our level of quality:

  • Creation and control of up-to-date SOPs in collaboration with the department specialists
  • Performance of SOP trainings
  • Internal audits to control the incorporation of SOPs and regulatory requirements (AMG, GCP/V, ICH-GCP) in the daily work routine
  • Regular performance of staff training
  • Organization of standardized induction of new staff members in collaboration with the department specialists
  • Regular re-audits through the BVMA
